The Role
Mindway EAP is looking for a Sales Development Representative to support our inbound and outbound sales activity as we continue to grow.
This is a front-line sales role. You will be expected to engage with clients over the phone, via video, and in person, starting conversations, qualifying interest, and booking meetings.
You'll be calling leads who have already shown interest in Mindway EAP, as well as engaging new prospective clients calls per day are expected.
Your days will be loud and fast. You'll be speaking with people most of the day, following up, booking meetings, and learning quickly through repetition and feedback. The focus is on consistent activity, quality conversations, and learning what works.
What the Day-to-Day Looks Like
* Calling and following up on leads who have expressed interest in Mindway EAP
* Engaging prospective clients over the phone, via video, and in person
* Qualifying interest and assessing whether Mindway is a good fit
* Booking and preparing meetings for discovery and demo calls
* Testing different talk tracks, messaging, and approaches
* Keeping accurate notes and follow-ups in the CRM
* Working closely with the founder and team to improve outcomes
Learning & Feedback
You'll be learning from people who actively sell every day. You'll see exactly what good looks like and how to get there faster.
The learning curve will be steep, and feedback will be real-time and practical. If something works, we double down. If it doesn't, we adjust quickly.
We ensure you have the tools and training to succeed. We aren't a boiler room and don't churn and burn leads.

If you've been on the phones, taken rejection in stride, kept showing up, and can book meetings — we want to talk.
You'll likely be a good fit if you:
* Communicate clearly and confidently
* Are comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection
* Have customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, call centre, or similar)
* Have experience selling anything — formally or informally
* Are open to learning, personal development, and ongoing feedback
* Are willing to test new ideas, scripts, and approaches
* Are organised and consistent with follow-ups

* $75,000 base
* $110,00 OTE
* Uncapped commission structure
