We are looking for a maintenance team leader who leads by example. This role would be ideal for someone who is qualified as an electrician with working knowledge of a mechanical fitter. Key responsibilities: Drive the preventive maintenance program via CMMS Build and drive a continuous improvement project to enhance efficiency Strong communication skills to liaise and work with the team to troubleshoot malfunction/ breakdowns and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Monitor and maintain minimum inventory for critical spare parts and consumables. Build and manage a team of maintenance professionals to maintain and improve the plant machine reliability. What you need: Trade certificate in either Electrotechnology or Mechanical Engineering Experience in the maintenance of heavy industrial plant & equipment undertaking fault finding & preventative maintenance.
