About the role
Senza Nome Italian Restaurant is seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join our dynamic team at our Main Beach, Queensland location. As a casual Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious, authentic Italian pizzas to delight our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced, vibrant restaurant environment.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing pizza dough and sauces from scratch
* Expertly crafting a variety of pizza creations, including classic and specialty toppings
* Ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation
* Maintaining a clean and organised work station
* Providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team environment
* Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
* Passion for Italian cuisine and a keen eye for detail
* Excellent time management and multitasking skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Food safety and handling certifications
