DTMI is seeking Expressions of Interest for a Recruitment Advisor (Level 4) position within our Recruitment Team. This portfolio‑based role will lead and manage resourcing strategies for Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS).
The Opportunity:We’re offering a 12‑month fixed‑term opportunity (With possibility of further 12-month extension), commencing ASAP, with the potential for a further 12‑month extension. In this role, you’ll design and deliver effective resourcing and selection strategies to attract diverse, high‑quality talent. As a Recruitment Advisor, you will: Partner with hiring managers to design and deliver forward‑thinking resourcing and selection strategies that attract exceptional talent. Drive excellence in recruitment operations by preparing accurate documentation, ensuring quality assurance and shaping job design and evaluation processes. Collaborate across People & Culture to create a seamless, customer‑focused service experience that supports organisational success. Turn data into strategy by proactively analysing recruitment trends, providing insights and informing decisions that strengthen workforce planning. Champion change and innovation by working closely with P&C Business Partners to support transformation initiatives and embed best practice.
About you:You are a strategic, values‑driven professional who: Experience delivering human resource services, particularly in recruitment, selection, job design and job evaluation. Strong knowledge of contemporary attraction, recruitment and selection practices, staying ahead of industry trends. Skilled in analysis and problem-solving, contributing to initiatives and programs that strengthen recruitment outcomes. Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with confidence engaging a wide range of stakeholders.
