Reporting to the CEO and managing a small team, you will shape and execute the brand strategy, elevate market presence, and deliver campaigns that enhance engagement and generate strong, qualified leads. This hands‐on role suits a strategic, hands‐on, and data-driven marketer who excels at content creation, digital performance, storytelling, and team leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
* Drive end-to-end digital marketing across SEO/SEM, PPC, social, email, and website optimisation.
* Oversee brand strategy, content creation, and consistent messaging across all channels.
* Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, activations, and community initiatives.
* Manage market research, analytics, reporting, budgets, and ROI.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, partners, and external agencies.
Key requirements include:
* 5+ years' experience in digital marketing or brand management.
* Strong content, analytics, and leadership capability.
