The role of the Account Manager at Bolster is to retain and grow our client accounts by building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and agency partners. As Client Lead you will identify and execute upon opportunities where Bolster can provide further value to existing clients and grow their business. The ideal person for this role is an exceptional multi-tasker with a positive outlook, someone who sees opportunities where others see obstacles. They will collaborate with Bolster Group specialist team(s) to deliver an exceptional experience for some of Australia's most iconic culture and entertainment clients.

We began in 2015 as the digital plug-in for Australia's entertainment industry, offering new ad-tech solutions to an industry whose idea of marketing at the time was slapping a street poster on a wall and sending out some #thoughtsandprayers. New services, products and offerings have been added gradually - never just for the sake of it, but as an extension of the work we were doing day to day.
With our specialism in music, events and entertainment, in a short space of time, Bolster has become a strategic digital, creative and product partner to many amazing brands, artists and events such as Splendour In The Grass, Bluesfest, Falls, Laneway Festival, Billie Eilish, Elton John, CMC Rocks, The Strokes, Lorde, Gorillaz.
**What you'll be doing**:
**Business Development (20%)**
- Share the breadth of our innovative entertainment & culture marketing solutions to best support their business
- Find opportunities within existing accounts to grow scope in existing services
- Find opportunities within existing accounts to sell in new services and grow accounts
- Create customised proposal documents and present to clients
- Lead clients through the Opportunity workflow, in consultation with specialist team(s)
- Develop accurate quotes and SoWs, in consultation with specialist team(s)
- Provide a delightful customer service experience through all aspects of the Bolster process
- Work with the Head of Growth & Managing Director to create and execute upon sales strategies
- Represent Bolster at industry events, meet with people and build relationships
**Account Management (70%)**
- Be the main point of contact and face of Bolster for your allocated client patch
- Responsible for Kick-off meetings and aligning project stakeholders on our purpose
- Effective handover of client onboarding to the Delivery Project Managers after Client Kick-off
- Support the specialist team(s) through project execution and client management
- Action billing/invoicing requests and required collaboration with other specialist team(s)
- Address scope-creep and any service issues identified throughout the project with the client
- Collaborate with the specialist team(s) to ensure that the highest quality work is produced
- Take accountability for the fulfilment of key project deliverables and KPIs
- Ensure client expectations are exceeded, and projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Work closely with the Head of Client Service & Delivery to deliver a seamless experience
- Develop ways of nurturing and retaining clients on-going
- Hit individual sales targets and contribute to the greater agency budget
**Admin & General Duties (10%)**
- Communicate effectively with internal team members, clients & external stakeholders
- Complete all admin tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain Accelo workflow on a daily basis from Opportunity to Project Completion
- Champion our internal processes and lead the Client Service team by example
