Role Description
s the Front of House & Office Administrator, you'll be the face and voice of Élevér Realty. This role is a mix of reception, administrative support, and behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps our office running like clockwork. You'll be working closely with our property management and sales teams, learning the ins and outs of the industry while supporting a wide range of office and client-facing tasks.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Greeting clients, tenants, and trades — both in person and over the phone — with warmth and professionalism.
Managing our front desk operations, key registers, and booking systems.
Supporting the team with document preparation, data entry, and file compliance.
Assisting with marketing activities such as social media scheduling, property brochures, and online listings.
Keeping the office organized and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Assisting with ad-hoc projects and office events, from community initiatives to open home prep.
This is an entry-level role but with strong potential for career progression into property management, sales support, or marketing for the right candidate.
