Our Job Description:
The role involves working across complex and challenging project finance and corporate finance matters. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for providing legal advice within a commercial context, drafting coupled with an ability to address legal advice within a commercial context, demonstrated capability to work collaboratively, bring lawyers into matter workstreams and actively mentor lawyers, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, advanced drafting skills, and exceptional attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 5 years PQE gained within a top-tier or mid-tier firm, or in-house.
* Strong technical skills in relation to finance law and drafting.
* Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Advanced drafting skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
