About the Role The role of the Administration Support Assistant - Aged Care (ASO) is to provide high quality customer service to aged care residents, families, and visitors. The ASO provides administrative support to the Nurse Unit Manager/Nurse In Charge and carries out administration duties as required. About You Minimum Qualifications: * Office Administration qualification or equivalent workplace experience Key Selection Criteria: * Ability to work independently and also as part of a team. * High level of communication and customer service skills and the ability to build rapport and adapt skills according to the audience * Able to work in a high-volume environment, whilst maintaining effective time management and prioritisation of work * Well-developed computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office applications. * Effective problem solving, negotiation and organisational skills. * Ability to show initiative and take responsibility for tasks Desirable Selection Criteria (non essential): * Experience using health related platforms, including Oracle, Riskman and Platinum-6 and other programs. * Experience in a Healthcare service/organisation is highly regarded.
