Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking motivated labourers to join a well-established client based in Caloundra, QLD.
Our client is a recognised leader in the manufacturing of bricks, tiles and cement products, with a strong national distribution network and a reputation for excellence in the industry. About The Role:
* 3pm - 11pm (sometimes earlier finish)
* Days needed will vary week to week
* Average 20-25 hours per week
* Stacking cement blocks, bricks and tiles
* Pallet building and checking
* Quality checks
* Supporting production and storage teams through hands-on manual tasks
What we're looking for:
* Previous manufacturing, stores or labouring experience
* A strong commitment to workplace safety
* Happy working casually, averaging 20-25 hours per week
* Flexible with availability
* Willing to work outdoors in a heavy work environment (up to 20kg manual handling)
* Ability to confidently pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
* Reliable, hardworking individuals with a proactive, \"can-do\" attitude
