Business Operations Partner - Sustainable Future
The Business Operations Partner will play a key role in delivering a sustainable future by ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with organisational objectives to drive performance and growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
* Act as a strategic liaison between HR and business operations to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with organisational objectives
* Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, collaborating with senior management within the project
* Guide organisational design and workforce planning to improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Professional HR certification is advantageous
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role
* Experience in the construction or resources sector is preferred
