Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and visual merchandising standards
* Manage stock and inventory with precision - from deliveries and replenishment to stocktakes and shrinkage control
* Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and customer engagement
* Foster a strong sporting culture within your team and the wider community
* Report on KPIs and support head office with business insights and opportunities
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a retail leadership role (sporting, footwear, or apparel industry preferred)
* Strong knowledge of stock and inventory control - you're organised, systems-savvy, and understand the importance of availability and accuracy
* Confident in coaching and developing teams to reach their full potential
* Results-driven with a clear understanding of retail KPIs
* Passionate about sport and an active lifestyle - you understand your customer because you are your customer
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
