People Management Intern
Cape Lime has an exciting opportunity for a People Management Intern to gain practical hands‐on exposure to the People Management function. The successful candidate will support the People Management team with administration, reporting, analytics and projects, while developing core HR capabilities in a structured, supportive environment.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Requirements
* School Grade: Matric/ Grade 12.
* Tertiary qualification: Honours Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
* Valid driver's License (Own vehicle preferred).
* Willingness to be trained.
* Must reside in the Western Cape.
* Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Medically fit in terms of the Mine Health & Safety Act and the Company standards for medical fitness.
* Honest and reliable.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Self‐motivated, results‐oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
* Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
* Analytical, curious, and eager to learn.
* Adaptable and able to perform under pressure in a deadline‐driven environment.
* A proactive mindset to understand the business, add value and a confident approach to work.
* Resourceful, responsible, and committed to delivering quality work.
Duties And Responsibilities (not Limited To)
* Gain exposure to all aspects of the People Management function.
* Provide administrative support to the People Management department, including filing, general administration.
* Assist with reporting and analytics within the People Management function.
* Support the execution of value‐adding People Management projects and initiatives.
* Perform ad‐hoc tasks as required to support departmental objectives.
