* Proven experience in negotiating successful outcomes by understanding client needs and delivering creative, tailored solutions.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Familiarity with Sales Force and industry software (desirable).
* Previous experience in a media sales management role (highly regarded).
