About the role
As the Marketing Strategist at Guerrilla, you provide a vital link between paid media, content, and clients' overarching business and marketing strategies.
Your role involves comprehending client priorities, defining campaign activities and content, and harmonising the two to drive enhanced outcomes and efficiencies.
Moreover, this role leads campaign strategy development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate key elements, including audiences, channels, creative considerations, and budgets.
You will actively participate in content strategy development, aligning business objectives and brand strategy with organic content across various client-owned channels.
Your insights drive the integration of content within campaigns to maximise reach, awareness and engagement.
As a strategic lead, you'll work alongside the agency's Directors to ensure that the strategies and advice provided to Guerrilla's clients align across marketing, brand and digital.
In this role, you will also provide guidance to other agency departments, particularly the Client Service team.
About you
With 8+ years of experience, you're a seasoned marketing professional who possesses a comprehensive understanding of diverse marketing domains such as digital, branding, creative, media, and content.
Your proficiency in grasping fundamental business aspects including strategic objectives, audiences, products, and revenue streams empowers you to develop effective marketing strategies that deliver substantial value and results.
You are a natural communicator who builds strong rapport and you come to this role with a robust network that can be leveraged for the agency's business development.
You can also provide high-level recommendations for any new business requests, enquiries or relationships as needed.
You have extensive knowledge in paid media, traditional media, social platforms and content and have demonstrated experience working with a variety of brands and industries across DTC, B2C and B2B.
You also have experience working on conversion rate optimisation initiatives, email marketing campaigns, and understand the creative production process.
