YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages to the highest standard, ensuring consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation.
* Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests, anticipating their needs and creating memorable café moments.
* Familiarise yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their preferences are known and their expectations are exceeded.
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of the full café menu including food, beverages, and seasonal offerings.
* Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety across all areas of the café.
* Support the Head Barista and wider team to ensure smooth daily operations and a seamless guest experience.
* Contribute to a positive team culture built on collaboration, pride in craft, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
ABOUT YOU
* Proven experience as a Barista in a high-volume or premium café environment.
* A genuine passion for coffee — from extraction to presentation, you take pride in every cup.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with guests.
* The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* A current RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
* A team-first mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
