Randstad Digital are currently working with a fantastic Utilities organisation in Brisbane to find a Technical Business Analyst to join a high performing delivery team across Security and Infrastructure projects. This position is a 6 month initial contract with the view to extend, and has a key focus on working with stakeholders and vendors to ensure the technical requirements are met by the projects.
Responsibilities:
* Identify stakeholders and capture business requirements that will ensure project success.
* Analyse and document current state environments, and capture technical requirements for future state environments.
* Work with project teams to plan and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.
* Conduct data analysis and create reports to support business decisions.
* Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
* Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure quality and functionality.
Necessary Skills:
* Experience with Windows 11, Modern Workplace, and Information Security projects is preferred.
* Strong business engagement skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong written communication skills, with experience in writing policy/standards, process documents, and business cases.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience in collecting and analysing data.
* Excellent MS Excel skills, strong skills across the O365 suite.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Prior experience in the Australian utilities sector is desirable.
