About the opportunity
A fantastic entry-level opportunity is now available for a Customer Service Consultant to join our dynamic and friendly team based in Fyshwick. This is a perfect opportunity for someone's first full-time role or anyone returning to the workforce.
This inbound service center position will be responsible for liaising with tenants and internal stakeholders to organize and accurately process maintenance requests, whilst providing exceptional customer service in a timely manner. This role will enable you to take ownership of all calls from start to finish with the support of other departments within the business as needed.
Nature of the position: Full-Time, Salary – $53,500 + super
Location: Fyshwick
Reporting Line:Customer Service and Administration Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls from tenants reporting maintenance issues, inquiries regarding repairs, or other housing-related concerns.
* Log maintenance requests into the system and ensure they are directed to the appropriate team or contractor for resolution.
* Follow up with tenants on the progress of their maintenance requests and provide updates as needed.
* Coordinate with contractors, maintenance teams, and property managers to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
* Ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) for response times and issue resolution are met.
* Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions taken with tenants in the system.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer service in all interactions with tenants.
* Adhere to relevant health and safety guidelines and company policies.
