The Role
Crown Sydney is home to a collection of world‐class dining venues, and we are seeking a skilled and motivated full‐time Chef de Partie to join our Crown Sydney Kitchens team. In this role, you will work with premium ingredients, support daily kitchen operations, and collaborate with a talented team to deliver high‐quality dishes in a luxury environment. We're looking for someone with strong culinary foundations, a commitment to excellence, and a genuine passion for hospitality to help create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
* Capability to set a leading example and inspire a team of kitchen professionals
* Assist Senior Chefs in daily food preparation and service, ensuring the maintenance of high and consistent food standards
* Collaborate in achieving daily financial targets
* Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety
About You
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced team environment
* Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands
* Self‐motivated and adaptable
* Experience in upscale dining or hospitality establishments
