I am currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Receptionist position for a food manufacturing company based in the Burwood region.

**Your new role**
- Meet and great clients
- Managing inbound and outbound calls
- Booking couriers
- Travel management
- Adhoc duties from Marketing etc - postage out samples
- Organising lunches
- Booking meeting rooms
- Assisting payroll with staff leave and attendance
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Monitor and order office supplies
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Previous experience as a Receptionist would be beneficial
- Friendly, welcoming personality
- Experience with Microsoft Suite software
