OPERATIONS MANAGER
Position Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day business activities of Good Sleep Co, ensuring operational efficiency, quality service delivery, and strategic growth. This role involves managing staff, improving processes, and coordinating across departments to ensure company objectives are met while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Implementation
* Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
Team Leadership & Staff Management
* Supervise and guide department leads and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Provide training, and performance reviews to support employee development.
Customer Experience Oversight
* Oversee client relations strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
* Manage escalation cases and implement solutions to resolve complex client concerns.
Process & Workflow Management
* Evaluate and streamline operational processes to improve productivity and service delivery.
* Implement quality control measures and compliance standards in line with industry regulations.
Financial & Resource Management
* Assist in budgeting and monitoring operational expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
* Manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and supply chain coordination.
Stakeholder Coordination
* Liaise with vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders to negotiate contracts and maintain relationships.
* Collaborate with senior management to support business expansion initiatives.
Problem Solving & Decision Making
* Analyse operational challenges, propose effective solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
* Lead process improvement projects that enhance overall company performance.
Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience in operations management, client success, or similar leadership role.
* Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in workflow optimisation, budgeting, and vendor management.
