About the role:
Support our customers by handling order inquiries, pre-sale and post-sale queries, stock levels, credit information, logistics, and basic product information. The role involves a hybrid work model (3 days in office) and managing approximately 50 inbound calls per day.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify opportunities to serve customers through support requests and outbound sales.
2. Provide first contact resolution for customer issues.
3. Take ownership of customer issues, collaborating with technical support, supply chain, and accounts teams for effective resolution.
4. Assist sales teams by handling complex customer inquiries and complaints.
Requirements:
* 2-4 years experience in a contact center, preferably with claims, warranty, or wholesale products.
* Empathy, resilience, and capacity to manage inbound calls from ANZ customers.
* Level 2 Administration Certification and MS Office 365 literacy.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
* Experience with Genesis, Salesforce, or SAP is a plus.
Additional information:
This is a full-time, entry-level position with a hybrid work arrangement at Gepps Cross SA. The team operates from 7 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed. Applicants must have Australian working rights and will need to provide documentation if shortlisted.
