About The Role
We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Officer who is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer support and loves to be part of an energetic, tight-knit team.
The role is based in our Reservoir office with free on-site parking. A full-time role from 8am – 4:06pm Monday‐Friday (Hybrid with 2 days at home once fully trained).
What You'll Be Doing
* The first point of contact for all customer enquiries.
* Responding via email or phone with general queries related to products, pricing and availability.
* Processing of customer orders.
* Work with internal departments to resolve customer order related issues.
* Liaise with suppliers to meet deadlines.
* Processing warranty claims.
* Provide assistance with any ad‐hoc administrative and customer service duties.
