Carllision Group are seeking an experienced Site/Production Manager for our Traralgon branch.

Carllision Group is a family-owned Smash Repair business operating throughout Victoria for over 25 years. From humble beginnings in Coburg we have grown to 11 sites across Victoria and are recommended repairers for multiple manufacturers which include BMW and Tesla.
We pride ourselves on our ability to create a workplace where our staff can thrive in a safe and friendly environment to deliver high quality repairs with great teammates and having built a business that our partners can trust to get our clients back on the road safely.
Key responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of a busy Smash Repair Centre
* Oversee and direct all business departments
* Meet key productivity, safety and financial KPI's
* Maintain high staff moral and group culture
* Assessing vehicle damage and preparing quotes for insurance companies
* Sourcing & ordering Parts
* Daily production meetings with key staff
* Submit relevant supplementary estimates to insurers
* Liaise with clients and assessors
* Meeting and greeting customers and handling enquiries
* Quality control and vehicle handover
