Part-Time (Progressing to Full-Time from September for the Right Candidate)

Are you a passionate and experienced Senior Stylist ready to take the next step into leadership? We're looking for a motivated Salon Manager to join our growing team and help lead our salon into its next exciting chapter.

This is a hands‐on management role where you'll continue to work behind the chair while supporting the team, maintaining salon operations, and helping create an exceptional experience for both clients and staff.

About You

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Stylist
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Previous management experience is not required, although strong team leadership experience is highly valued
• Excellent customer service and problem‐solving abilities
• Confidence appearing on social media and in marketing content
• Basic social media knowledge, including creating content for Instagram and Facebook
• Passion for mentoring and supporting apprentices
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Valid professional references
• Minimum Certificate III in Hairdressing qualification required

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the day‐to‐day operations of the salon
• Leading and running monthly team meetings
• Organising team bonding events and maintaining a positive team culture
• Training, mentoring and supporting apprentices and junior staff
• Building and maintaining your own client base
• Managing client concerns and resolving complaints professionally
• Creating and participating in social media content
• Being comfortable in front of the camera for salon marketing, promotions and educational content
• Assisting with salon organisation, stock control and general administration
• Supporting business growth and achieving salon goals
• Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and professionalism
