IT Systems Manager Position
The role entails leading the implementation and support of IT-related capabilities for marine infrastructure and services operations.
10+ years of experience in IT application and infrastructure management, with familiarity with enterprise asset management, facility management, services management, and ERP solutions are required.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate IT solution design, planning, and implementation roadmap with contractors and stakeholders.
* Support the setup of core infrastructure including network, servers, and secure Wi-Fi across all facilities.
* Lead the deployment of business applications – ERP, CRM, asset, and compliance management systems.
* Oversee site-wide technology fit-out including hardware installation (network gear, workstations, CCTV, VoIP).
* Ensure cybersecurity readiness through implementation of baseline security controls and access management.
* Contribute to digital transformation initiatives such as workflow digitisation and analytics dashboards.
* Manage IT vendors and procurement for hardware, software, and telecommunications services.
* Provide technical support and maintain system documentation to ensure a smooth transition to steady-state operations.
