**The Fern Early Learning Centre Hampton Park** is constructed, architecturally designed facility accommodating 130 children across six dedicated classrooms. As a part of i9 Education's growing network, our centre emphasizes nature-inspired and child-centric development. The facility's design seamlessly integrates nature into the curriculum, providing children with ample opportunities to engage with and explore the natural environment. Features include outdoor play areas, a vegetable garden, and a natural playground, all of which enhance the learning experience.

**Requirements for the Role**:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current First Aid certification, including Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
- Current Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Knowledge and experience with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Familiarity with KindyHub (advantageous)
- Strong experience in written documentation and planning related to children's learning and development
- Exceptional communication
- Solution-focused-positive can do attitude
- Available 5 days a week
**Position Objectives**:
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of a holistic education program for children from birth to six years old.
- Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and early childhood professionals to provide a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment.
- Support children's learning and development.
- Assist the Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) and team in executing the kindergarten program and developing learning opportunities for 3-year-olds.
- Work well within a team.
- Support children and families from diverse backgrounds.
**Requirements**:
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current VIC Working with Children Check

Pay: $23.38 - $33.24 per hour
