High-Performance Sales Role

We are seeking an ambitious sales professional with a proven track record of success in enterprise software sales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the ANZ market unit by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

This role requires a strong consultative approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships within a matrixed organization. You will work closely with partners to penetrate accounts, create joint sales initiatives, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM systems, data integrity, and a commitment to sales processes, cadence, and forecasting accuracy. A strong entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and resilience are also essential for this role.

* Sales Execution: Strong sales execution and continuous skill improvement
* Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and implement the Go-To-Market Strategy for targeted industries
* Territory and Account Plans: Create and maintain Territory and Account Plans, including deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps
* Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process—from demand generation, understanding customer needs, RFI/RFP processes, to building business cases and closing deals
* Collaboration: Collaborate with partners to penetrate accounts, create joint sales initiatives, and ensure customer satisfaction
* Sales Targets: Own and meet annual sales targets, with quarterly delivery commitments
* Pipeline Management: Build pipeline and generate demand to achieve 4x pipeline coverage


Key Qualifications

* Enterprise Software Sales Experience: Proven enterprise software sales experience, meeting quotas within assigned regions and industries
* Entrepreneurial Mindset: Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, resilience
* CRM Systems: Experience with CRM systems and data integrity
* Sales Processes: Commitment to sales processes, cadence, and forecasting accuracy
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and relevant local language
