**The interview**:
Two-stage process. Teams followed up with an in-person interview. The team's chat is to find out your background, what interests you and what motivates you. The final stage is an opportunity to speak with other members of the team, to make sure it's the right fit.
**The role**:
- Helpdesk support ranging from level 1 to level 2 tickets.
- Active Directory, group policy.
- Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, Routing, and Switches.
- Cloud technologies (Azure / M365).
- VOIP - 3CX (support and maintain).
- Onsite visits (must be able to drive).
