About us The newly integrated Adult and Older Adult Service combines the strengths of AMAH Adult Community Mental Health and Caulfield Aged and Liaison Psychiatry Services. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, person-centred support to adults and older adults through an expansive range of therapeutic, addiction, trauma-informed, and family violence services. We're expanding our offerings to ensure clients benefit from specialist expertise alongside access to innovative, broad-spectrum care options. This includes specialised pathways for substance use disorders, rehabilitation and recovery, physical and mental health integration, and trauma-focused services. Our service focuses on integrated treatment, education, peer support, care planning, and navigation services, designed to support individuals through every stage of their recovery journey. About the Role You will be responsible for developing and implementing the Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response (EIPSR), which has been funded by The Department of Health and Human Services.
