Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Worker based in the Greater Melbourne Area. The Factory Worker will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks such as operating machinery, packaging products, conducting quality checks on finished goods, and maintaining work areas and equipment. The role may also include handling forklifts to move raw materials or finished products within the production facility. Collaboration with team members to ensure production goals are met and adherence to safety protocols and quality standards is essential.
Qualifications
* Experience in Packing and Machine Operation
* Knowledge of Quality Control processes and product inspection
* Proficiency in Forklift Operation (valid forklift license is a bonus) not essential
* Basic Maintenance skills for handling equipment and troubleshooting minor issues
* Understanding of workplace safety and compliance procedures
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Prior experience in a manufacturing or production facility is advantageous
