Program Support Officer As a Program Support Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative, coordination, and information management support to enable the efficient and effective delivery of a district-wide program of works. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional administrative and coordination support to support the delivery of program activities, including coordinating meetings and workshops, preparing agendas, recording minutes and actions, maintaining schedules, and supporting consistent information flow across the program.
* Maintain and manage program documentation, registers, trackers, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office and other business systems to support monitoring, reporting, and assurance activities.
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage enquiries, coordinate follow-up actions, and support timely and effective communication aligned to agreed outcomes and timeframes.
* Support compliance with relevant policies, procedures, legislation, and governance requirements by maintaining accurate records and monitoring administrative processes.
* Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing work environment and support continuous improvement in administrative and program coordination practices.
What We're Looking For
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business systems.
* Experience providing administrative or coordination support in a program, project, or operational environment, including exposure to reporting, governance, or stakeholder engagement processes.
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with a range of stakeholders.
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities, anticipate support requirements, and take initiative to ensure information and documentation are accurate and up to date.
* Ability to review information, identify potential risks or issues, and escalate or address matters in line with established processes.
Mandatory Requirement
* Current holder of a valid C Class driver's licence.
