**What's the role?**
Visual Domain is a leader in video and content production, dedicated to providing innovative solutions and exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a proactive Client Success Manager to drive sales activity, engage with clients and deliver outstanding service. **This role can be based in either our Melbourne or Sydney office.**
The Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for generating new business revenue by engaging with new and lapsed clients, identifying their business needs and meeting those needs through our video and content production solutions. The CSM will build a strong portfolio of repeat clients and secure new prospects to achieve personal and group sales targets.
In this role, you will craft customised presentations and proposals that highlight our unique value to clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions. You will work closely with our teams to deliver exceptional results and ensure a smooth transition for clients post-sale. Your goal will be to identify and secure new business opportunities, develop strategic sales plans to hit targets, and stay on top of market trends by using CRM platforms HubSpot and Salesforce.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial, as you'll be their main point of contact, regularly checking in to understand their needs and explore upselling opportunities. With a strong sales orientation, you will focus on both outbound prospecting and managing inbound enquiries. The work will be briefed, pitched and quoted with typical turnaround times of approximately 6 weeks which require someone who can work in a high volume, high velocity environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with work being briefed, pitched, and quoted quickly, typically within a six-week turnaround. The key focus will be on client relationship management to drive retention and long-term growth
**Who are you?**
+ Proven sales success, ideally in video production or a related industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
+ Deep industry knowledge, including market trends, competition and customer needs
+ Extensive experience in building strong client relationships, especially with complex and diverse customers, providing exceptional service and support
+ Solid understanding of products/services and relevant technical aspects, with experience advising and supporting customers.
+ Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans, analyse market opportunities, and devise effective strategies
+ Strong presentation and negotiation skills, capable of delivering compelling proposals and negotiating favourable terms
