About the Role
About the Role – An experienced Podiatrist is sought to join a purpose-driven not-for-profit health and wellbeing centre based in Kununurra. This part-time or FIFO (0.5 FTE) position can be based from Perth, Darwin or Broome. The role is part of a 12-month initiative to strengthen integrated and coordinated chronic condition and allied health care. The Podiatrist will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals with chronic conditions and complex comorbidities by:
* Conducting screening, assessments and developing individualised treatment plans
* Reviewing and updating treatment plans to ensure clinical effectiveness
* Providing individual or group education on foot health, preventing or delaying complications, pain management and wound care
* Participating in multidisciplinary case conferencing and care planning
* Collaborating with local podiatry and other health services to deliver integrated and coordinated care
* Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, data collection and reporting
* Contributing to the development of podiatry workflows, protocols and procedures
Key Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Podiatry with current AHPRA registration
* Minimum three years' post-graduate clinical experience working with diverse client groups
* Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to respond to complex and varied needs
* Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to genuine, strengths-based, person-centred care
* Strong digital record-keeping and caseload management skills
* Availability to commence late December 2025
