Assistant Store Manager – Grafton (Full-time)

As an Assistant Retail Store Manager you will
Oversee the induction of new team members
Coach the store's team to meet (and exceed) store targets
Help support your team with customer query escalations
Act as the Store Manager's right-hand person, stepping up to act as Store Manager when needed
Execute business initiatives in store to meet financial and customer key metrics
Act as team cheerleader – leading from the front and helping to motivate the team, and foster an awesome store culture
Organise the store floor and the team's work schedules to meet customer demand
About you
You have previous experience in a retail leadership / assistant management role
You're able to energise and drive a retail team to exceed sales targets and KPIs with demonstrated success
You lead from the front and are able to influence and build rapport with a diverse and varied team
You're able to resolve customer issues with your eyes closed and can put a creative spin on problem solving
You're an excellent communicator who can help support the Store Manager in taking team members through change
