Our Bricks and Pavers division is South East Queensland's largest masonry reseller and carrier north of the Sunshine coast.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic all-rounder to join our dynamic Bricks and Pavers team in Hervey Bay.
This position is permanent, full time, Monday - Friday.
The role covers the daily customer sales and administrative demands of the branch.
A high level of focus is required in order to meet customer service levels and needs.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Customer service and sales of bricks, pavers, concrete sleepers & natural stone
* Administration duties including the processing of sales, purchasing and receipting of goods, stock control and freight booking entries.
* General Yard duties including forklift operation, the pick and pack of customer orders, and loading and unloading of goods and trailers.
* Overall yard and display presentation and cleanliness
* Work with the constant aim of maintaining good working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
A background in the building/construction industry and Forklift LF licence/experience would be advantageous, but not essential. Richers can provide Forklift training and licencing to the successful applicant if required
Applicants will undergo previous employment checks. Our company has a strong health program and consent for drug and alcohol testing is a mandatory condition of employment.
