Senior Leadership Position
This strategic leadership role involves overseeing a high-performing team that drives college strategies for fostering meaningful First Nations engagement and inclusion of overseas-trained psychiatrists.
The successful candidate will lead the implementation of the Lived and Living Experience Strategy and the Reconciliation Action Plan across the organization, providing strategic and operational support to Partnership and Representative committees.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly community and member-based groups. Sound governance, financial oversight, and committee operations are also essential aspects of this role.
* Strategic leadership and staff management capabilities, with demonstrated success in leading hybrid teams.
* Strong empathy and effective stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience working with First Nations communities and/or people with lived experience of mental illness.
* High-level written and verbal communication skills for complex committees and community groups.
What You'll Bring
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated management experience, ideally within a membership, health, or not-for-profit organization.
