The Role
As a Restoration Technician, you will respond to property damage events and carry out restoration works following industry best practice. This includes assessments, equipment installation, monitoring, documentation, and communication with clients, insurers, and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend water, fire, mould and specialty cleaning jobs across residential and commercial sites.
- Conduct moisture mapping, readings, psychrometric calculations and assessments.
- Install, monitor and demobilise drying and remediation equipment.
- Perform cleaning, antimicrobial treatments, HEPA vacuuming, and containment setup.
- Assist with demolition/strip-outs when required.
- Complete detailed site notes, photos and reports to IICRC S500/S520 standards.
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, PPE and safety compliance.
- Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergency work.

- Holds a clean and current driver’s licence.
- Experience in restoration, trades or construction (preferred but not essential).
- IICRC qualifications highly regarded — training provided for the right candidate.
