About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll lead day‑to‑day industrial waste operations, manage service schedules, support staff, and ensure compliance across safety, environmental and quality standards. You'll also work closely with Sales, Administration and Accounts to keep workflows smooth and maintain strong customer relationships. This role is essential to the effective operation of our Integrated Management System.

Key Responsibilities
Safety, Environment & Quality
* Champion a safety‑first culture
* Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental and quality standards
* Report and address safety concerns promptly
Operational Leadership
* Plan and coordinate short‑ and long‑term service schedules
* Manage staffing levels, recruitment and onboarding
* Oversee fleet and equipment maintenance
* Conduct run reviews, audits, inspections and investigations
* Monitor fatigue management and respond to incidents
Commercial & Administrative Management
* Manage operating costs, pricing, tenders and quotes
* Support branch financial reporting
* Oversee payroll, run sheets, purchase requests and agreements
People & Customer Focus
* Lead, coach and develop staff
* Ensure customers receive high‑quality service
* Build strong working relationships across departments

* Heavy Vehicle Licence (essential)
* Experience in transport operations
