* We provide comprehensive support to the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) throughout the entire lifecycle of the air sector – from design, development, and production, through to aircraft training, support, and maintenance.
* Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure all work meets airworthiness requirements within an aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production, maintenance, and repair of sheet metal, bonded, and non-metallic composite materials and components on aircraft.
2. Ensure maintenance documentation and data used during maintenance are authorized for use and compliant with regulations.
3. Correctly record details of work performed and obtain certification within specified timeframes.
4. Report defects, deficiencies, and maintenance errors as they arise, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.
About You:
* Certificate IV in Aeroskills – Structures or equivalent is mandatory.
* Australian citizenship and ability to obtain a Federal Government Security Clearance are essential.
* Experience working with Defence Aircraft is necessary.
* A Military or Civil Aviation Maintenance Licence is highly desirable.
