We're a national site-solutions business focused on delivering a great customer experience. At our Dandenong branch you'll be the go-to Sales Coordinator, trusted to run the front-of-house sales admin and jump into light warehouse tasks when needed.

What you'll do
* Be the first point of contact for phone, email and walk-in enquiries.
* Prepare quotes, process orders and invoices, and keep CRM records up to date.
* Follow up quotes and proactively call warm prospects.
* Book freight (metro/interstate) and coordinate deliveries/pickups.
* Support the warehouse with light duties: stock checks, picking/packing, and helping load customer orders.
* Keep the branch looking sharp and customer-ready.
What you'll bring
* 1+ year in sales coordination, internal sales, customer service, or hire industry.
* Confident communicator with strong admin accuracy and time management.
* Comfortable working independently and making sound day-to-day decisions.
* Solid computer skills (CRM experience ideal; Zoho/DEAR a bonus).
* Valid Forklift Licence (essential).
Nice to have
* Experience in construction/hire, logistics, or inventory.
* Upselling/cross-selling confidence and a commercial mindset.
