We are seeking a Territory Manager to help us maximize sales, optimize product distribution, and deliver outstanding in-store execution in Melbourne's East, South-East & designated regional areas.
This customer-facing role involves executing key initiatives to drive business growth and improve performance by interpreting sales data, identifying patterns, and analyzing market trends.
* Execute Lindt priorities, including upselling to all customers, growing sales and brand presence, driving new product distribution targets, developing strong customer relationships, and delivering Perfect Store execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executing key initiatives to drive business growth and improve performance.
2. Developing strong customer relationships and influencing decision-makers to secure prime shelf space.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative retail solutions.
Requirements:
Sales and FMCG Experience
* Independent grocery or supermarket experience preferred, including store or department management.
Qualifications:
* Ability to interpret sales data, identify patterns, and analyze market trends to make informed decisions.
* Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
* Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* Highly self-motivated and able to work as part of a high-performing team.
* Basic proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
