Delivering high-quality patient care in a tertiary level antenatal and postnatal mental health setting requires advanced clinical expertise and a deep understanding of infant mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of perinatal and infant mental health services
* Utilize professional competencies to enhance service outcomes through evidence-based research and quality improvement initiatives
* Participate in statewide and national forums to advance knowledge and best practices in the field
Requirements:
* Endorsed Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in clinical leadership and advanced clinical competencies
* Demonstrated ability to apply holistic nursing expertise in clinical judgement, assessment, and management of acute risk for vulnerable families
* Proven problem-solving, conceptual, and analytical skills with the capacity to make informed, independent judgements
This is a fixed-term, part-time position working up to 38 hours per fortnight. Note that this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar vacancies.
