About the Role
We seek an experienced Retail Store Manager in Darwin to assume this exciting leadership position. Working closely alongside the Area Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales techniques, customer service, and displaying leadership skills to drive store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
* All stock operations from Visual Merchandising, stock management, and inventory control
* Promote sales growth, manage KPIs, and optimize in-store performance
* Manage all staff management duties, rostering, reporting, training, product knowledge, and team motivation
