About the Role
This is an opportunity to break disadvantage by working collaboratively with parents, family members, children or young people. Your role will involve:
* Working sensitively and respectfully to help families overcome hardships and develop safe and loving homes.
* Formulating goals that align with needs, addressing safety and well-being concerns, and providing assistance through home visits.
* Developing safety plans and completing risk assessments.
* Managing complex cases and situations, including high needs and high-risk clients and their families.
* Being involved in court processes, preparing documents and attending court as required.
* Participating in individual and group supervision.
