Help shape the future as a Policy Services Consultant, WFI

Your Role

You'll provide high-quality support to clients and distribution partners by processing insurance renewals, endorsements, and policy updates across a portfolio of representatives. You'll underwrite risks within your delegation, ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, and monitor the quality of submissions. Daily tasks include managing emails, coordinating post-outs, handling incoming calls, and supporting debtor follow-ups.

This
full-time, permanent role
is based in Wardandi Noongar Country (Bunbury), working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. You'll spend your first six months in the WFI office completing supervised training and earning your ANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance certification. Following this period,
hybrid work arrangements
—two days per week from home—will be offered, aligned with business requirements.

• Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems to manage tasks efficiently

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities and maintain compliance
