About the Clinic
We're a well‑equipped general practice with digital X‑ray, dental radiography, in‑house diagnostics, and a purpose‑built surgical theatre.

* Lead clinical standards with confidence and clarity.
* Build trust with clients and develop strong relationships.
* Manage day‑to‑day operations including financial performance.
* Coaching and supporting your team through change and growth.
* Drive continuous improvement in patient care and client experience.

Requirements
* Veterinary Science degree (or equivalent) + QLD registration.
* Clinical confidence across general practice medicine & surgery.
* Leadership experience or the hunger to step into that space.
* A calm, solution‑focused mindset — even when things get tough.
* A collaborative attitude and strong emotional intelligence.
