About the role A leading construction organisation based in Melbourne that is seeking a hands-on IT Support Officer to provide frontline technical support across the business during a busy project phase. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 and 2 support across desktop, mobile, and network systems Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (Windows, Office 365, Teams, printers, etc.) Set up and deploy new hardware, including laptops, phones, and tablets Support staff onboarding/offboarding and user access management (Active Directory) Liaise with external vendors and escalate issues when required Ensure support tickets are logged and resolved in a timely manner Travel to construction sites (within Melbourne metro) as needed for onsite support About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in a similar IT support role (ideally within construction or field-based environments) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and standard desktop support tools Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities How to apply If you are well suited to this opportunity, we'd like to hear from you.
