Your part in UnitingCare Hospitals team Our Administration Officers provides a broad range of administrative services and leverages extensive business unit knowledge to support a program of work to facilitate the delivery of business operations. The main duties of this role will be to collate, analyse and distribute data based on TGA recalls and using relevant platforms. You will undertake other administrative duties as required, acting in a professional manner and maintaining the confidentiality, rights, privacy and dignity of patients, colleagues and work-related information. What makes a difference for us? Previous experience in administration ideally within a Medical/Hospital environment Experience in Collating, Analysing and Distributing Data Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent and or/applicable experience in Health Administration Management Ability to use initiative and flexibility to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities Experience in the coordination of activities and compliance with policies Excellent interpersonal skills and strong organisational skills Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Experience with hospital patient administration systems is desirable What makes a difference for you?
