What's the role?
We are seeking a Content Producer for our Lifestyle team to drive audience engagement through high quality food content, from SEO optimized articles and recipes to compelling short-form video and social media imagery.
This is a 4 day a week position and the successful candidate can be based in either our Sydney or Brisbane offices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and support food content for social media platforms, including short-form video and still imagery
* Understand and apply SEO best practices to digital content
* Upload, formate and publish recipes and articles via the CMS with attention to detail and accuracy
* Write and edit supporting copy, including recipe notes and tips in line with the Kidspot Kitchen/Taste/Australia's Best Recipes tone of voice
* Contribute to social content, newsletters and on-site features, with an understanding of audience engagement
Who are you?
* Strong interest in food, with a good understanding of recipes and food-related content preferred
* Excellent writing skills with a strong sense of tone of voice and impeccable grammar
* Experience using a content management system (CMS) to upload and manage content
* Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, primarily for image resizing and simple edits
* Ability to write clear, well structured articles in line with briefs and editorial guidelines
* Proactive, adaptable and solutions focused attitude
* Experience filming recipe and food videos for digital platforms (nice to have)
* Recipe writing/testing experience (nice to have)
